My name is Rodney Jones. I'm a 55 year old Babyboomer that has adapted to the technological life of the 21st century.
But, since I am now a BabyBoomer, and the fact that my son calls me Fred Flintstone from the Stone Age, I need to keep close tabs on my health. That's why I made this website.
So, what ever I experience or am concern with, I will put on this site with information, tips and advice.
Like I mentioned on my other website, If you're a work-a-holic like me, you have to watch your health, because "there's no fun in town when you're not around".
